Nanjing Shanhe Foundry Co.,Ltd. lies in the gold delta
of southern Fujian province, where is 100 km away from Xiamen port.Its
predecessor is a foundry factory of Nanjing Machinery Head Plant.The
factory has been established since 1958,so it has more than 40 years's
abundant experiments for producing and casting.
The co. is in the county town of Nanjing,covering more than 9990
m2,and the floorage is 6800 m2,The co. has 150 staffs includ-ing 8
special skilled wordkers, 3 senior engineers and 4 with secondary
titles for technical personnel among them.It mainly produces ferrosteel,
nodular cast iron, and non-ferrous cast iron.The co. has 3 sets of
cupola,which capacity is 3 tons, cylinder of tossing pills to clear,
moulding machine, sand mixing machine,sand riddling machine etc. each.It
has 6 sets f far-infrared drying furnace, and the practical area of
annealing furnace is 9.8 m2.It has one set of double-spar electricmotor
of 5 tons,3 tons and 2 tons each and one set of 30-hydraulic presssure
universal test engine and laboratory facilities. It an produce 2500
tons of foundry gods annual. The products are exported to U.S.A,Japan,the
countries of Southeast Asia and Taiwan district,etc.
The co. also has a machinery workshop with all the necessary fittings,
strong capacity of processing, complete detecting means, in which
there are 23 lathes of various types, 6 millers, 4 radial drilling
machines, 3 vertical drills, 2 planers and 2 plain surface grinders.
